- In order to access the services provided on this website, you must become a registered user. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page. - On registration, you will be required to provide a password. On registration you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website.

Our Website Services
- Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product Descriptions
- We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our Website. However we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
- Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product Orders
- Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age
- We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
- Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase
- When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
- We undertake to accept or reject your order within 5 days. If we have not responded to you within 5 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
- Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
- We endeavour to take the utmost care so packaging is usually well insulated. We are in the business of building happy customers so delivering products that work are integral to this.
- All special orders and in some cases if the product is not available from our distributor and needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, product delivery time can take up to 4-6 weeks.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- We cannot leave your delivery at the front door.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Price and Payments:
- You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the Site at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a product, plus any applicable delivery and insurance charges based on the delivery options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices shown on the Site are inclusive of Australian GST. Delivery and any insurance charges will be separately shown.
- You must pay for the product by PayPal or any other methods as available on our Site. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for an order through any fraudulent or unlawful means. If your payment is not able to be successfully processed then your order may be cancelled
International Shipping Policy
All other countries please email our customer support team to discuss your order information and we will review your order, however this is a case by case review and emailing an order request will not guarantee fulfilment. Please note all quotes supplied will have a calculated shipping cost, this charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. We will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Payment for international orders is via direct deposit to our Australian bank account only and order will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
Product Returns
WHAT can be returned?
If you find that your purchased products are unsuitable, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase and we will supply you with an account credit (excluding shipping costs). The returned items must be undamaged and unopened in the original packaging.
For all faulty products, the items will be covered under our warranty policy page.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
In accordance with our returns policy, all items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for an account credit to be applied.
HOW do customers return items?
All items are to be returned via postage
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping rates are non-refundable for all returned goods.
CREDIT for returns?
A credit will be applied to your account for any unopened and undamaged goods returned with 30 days of purchase date. Credit for goods returned will not include the shipping costs.
Packing materials?
As per our returns policy, all items must be in original packaging, undamaged and unopened for all goods returned.
Items returned for manufacturers fault must be sent back in original packaging.

- When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
